Not going to be in during the day?
If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering. Don't worry its very discreet, scroll to the bottom of this page to see of how your order will look.

Security and Discretion
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Australian Post or Recorded delivery by DPD.
Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.

We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch

Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped by Royal Mail AirSure (Registered) or Fedex

Please be aware heavy or large orders will be charged extra shipping costs above the standard rate. We will contact you once your order is ready to be dispatch with the extra shipping charge.

Stock and Ordering
Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day if you order before 4pm. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock and want to wait a bit longer for delivery, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days.
If your are not in when your parcel arrives Australia Post will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.
If you select an item that is out of stock and choose overnight shipping as your method of delivery we will not dispatch your order until all the goods are in stock. If you wish to do a split dispatch order please call the office on 1800 80 90 20
